We will count on you to:
- Develop a strong understanding of the insurance broking business, systems in force and practice(s) that you are responsible for
- Complete the tasks assigned with a high level of quality and within allocated time
- Communicate progress to supervisors and highlight any escalations, on a timely basis
- Support supervisors(s) in knowledge codification and transfer through effective documentation
- Share best practice knowledge with team members
- Partner with managers to improve efficiency and quality
- Follow up with managers/brokers/ practice data experts in case of ambiguities / questions
What you need to have:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- MUST have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Excel VBA, and SQL, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Managing and analyzing large claims data using Excel models and spreadsheets
- Identifying errors and gaps in raw data, and performing data cleansing, manipulation, validation, and processing as part of daily operations
- Performing basic data analysis and to be able to spot anomalies in the data
- Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively to support business needs
- Excellent project planning and workload/workflow management
- Additional skills in Power BI, Python, R, or Tableau are a plus but not mandatory
