Specialist Engineer - Mechanical (Johor, Malaysia)

We are looking for a Specialist Mechanical Engineer with a strong consultancy background to support the design and delivery of data center projects. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience who are eager to develop their technical expertise in a dynamic, consultancy-driven environment.

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems for data centers, including HVAC, chilled water systems, and airflow management.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, drawings, and reports under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support coordination activities between internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Participate in design reviews, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of data center project experience.
• Consultancy Background: Mandatory.
• Software Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam (required).
  • Knowledge of other mechanical design software (e.g., Revit, CFD tools) is an advantage.
