Specialist, Financial Controlling & ESG Reporting

You will be responsible for consolidating monthly financial results, delivering management reporting, and performing deep dive analyses to support decision making. You will participate in budgeting and forecasting and help set KPIs. You will own and scale the ESG reporting framework, ensuring accurate data collection and disclosure in line with CSRD/ESRS. You will embed sustainability considerations into core business workflows and act as the organization's internal subject matter expert on ESG regulations. You will build and maintain an integrated reporting landscape across financial and ESG data using modern tools.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate monthly financial results and deliver management reporting with deep dive analyses to drive performance improvements
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI setting to establish targets and continuously review performance metrics
  • Own and scale the ESG reporting framework ensuring accurate data collection and disclosure in line with CSRD/ESRS
  • Embed sustainability considerations into core business workflows and act as the internal subject matter expert on ESG regulations
  • Build and maintain an integrated reporting landscape across financial and ESG data using modern reporting tools

Requirements

  • An experienced professional with 3–4 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, controlling, or data-driven reporting roles
  • Tech savvy to work with high amount of data with tools and applications (Netsuite, Anaplan, Tableau, Excel, G-Suite, Lucanet) and continuous process improvements
  • Experienced in, or demonstrably capable of owning, ESG reporting and its regulatory requirements
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a passion for number crunching and data quality across both financial and non-financial datasets
  • A strong communicator, able to convey both financial and ESG concepts clearly and to work cross-functionally
