Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic GenAI Specialist to support the development, testing, and deployment of Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.

• Develop and optimize prompts to improve AI model performance and outputs.

• Support AI-powered chatbot, automation, and content generation initiatives.

• Conduct testing, validation, and performance evaluation of GenAI applications.

• Analyze data and create insights using AI tools and techniques.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, GenAI, and responsible AI practices.

• Document use cases, technical processes, and project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and AI ecosystems.

• Knowledge of Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.

• Understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, REST services, and cloud platforms is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.

• Experience with Git/GitHub and software development practices.

• Knowledge of responsible AI and AI governance principles.
