About the Opportunity:
We are hiring a GenAI Governance & Security Specialist for a leading global analytics and AI consulting organization. You define and operationalize the security posture and governance framework for all enterprise GenAI initiatives, the bridge between AI engineering and legal/compliance.
Total Experience: 5-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement systemic guardrails (NeMo Guardrails, Llama Guard) against prompt injection, jailbreaks, and PII leakage.
- Align AI deployments with internal data privacy policies and global regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR).
- Lead red-teaming exercises and vulnerability assessments on enterprise LLMs and RAG systems.
- Establish observability dashboards tracking hallucination rates, toxicity, and bias in production models.
What Makes You a Fit:
- 4-7 years in InfoSec, Data Governance, or AI Ethics roles.
- Hands-on with security testing tools, SIEM integrations, and Python automation.
- Experience with LLM observability platforms (LangSmith, Arize).
- Deep knowledge of LLM vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs), guardrail frameworks, and data sanitization.
- Ability to balance innovation speed with compliance discipline.
- Notice period: 30 days or less only.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or IT.
