As a specialist neonatologist within the private healthcare group, you will be responsible for delivering expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of newborn infants with critical medical conditions. You will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialized neonatal care to critically ill or premature newborn infants within a private healthcare environment.
- Conduct thorough assessments including physical exams and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with families, providing guidance and support throughout treatment and care processes.
- Participate in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols pertaining to neonatal care.
Requirements
- Medical degree with valid licensure as a specialist neonatologist.
- Proven experience in neonatal intensive care within private healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and managing complex neonatal medical conditions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Certification or fellowship training in neonatology.
