We are opening a position for Specialist of Aviation Support.
This role involves issuing travel documentation, managing block programs, monitoring airline schedules, and handling booking and ticketing-related tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Issuing travel documentation for regular/charter flights;
• Managing block programs for the tour operator;
• Monitoring airline schedules and special offers;
• Providing consultations on airline transportation rules;
• Booking and reconciliation of additional services;
• Uploading PNL to airline system, sending PNL and ADL via email;
• Searching for tickets on the market in case of flight overbooking or cancellation, using all available aggregators and through partners.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education degree;
• Knowledge of the SAMO system is preferred, but training will be provided;
• Knowledge of the Amadeus system is an advantage;
• Ability to respond quickly to requests;
• Good communication skills;
• Team player;
• Quick learner and resourceful;
• Ability to make decisions independently.
