Specialist oral and maxillofacial surgeon - private healthcare facility.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide specialized surgical care in a state-of-the-art clinical environment, focusing on the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases, injuries, and defects of the oral and maxillofacial regions.
Key responsibilities:
Perform preoperative assessments and develop surgical treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Execute a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including dental extractions, jaw corrective surgeries, facial trauma management, and implant surgeries.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including dentists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care.
Manage postoperative patient care and monitor recovery to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Participate actively in continuous professional development and keep abreast of advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Requirements
Qualifications & experience:
Degree in dental surgery (DDS/DMD) and specialized training in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Completion of accredited residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Board certification or eligibility as a specialist oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
Proven experience in a private healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
Strong surgical skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
