SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced specialist in otolaryngology to join our esteemed network of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) disorders, providing high-quality care across various clinical settings.

The specialist otolaryngologist will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, perform diagnostic procedures, and implement effective treatment plans using both medical and surgical interventions. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to ensure holistic patient care and optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options
  • Perform ENT surgeries and procedures with precision and care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
  • Provide patient education on disease management and preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation
  • Stay current with advancements in otolaryngology through continuing education and professional development

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid licensing to practice otolaryngology
  • Completion of specialist training in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in diagnosing and managing ENT disorders
  • Proficiency in performing otolaryngological surgeries and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of head and neck anatomy and pathology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
