SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled specialist pediatric dentist to join a leading private sector healthcare facility. This role involves providing comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents in a supportive and patient-centric environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental issues specific to pediatric patients, applying best practices in preventive and restorative dentistry, and promoting oral health education among young patients and their families.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed dental examinations and diagnose pediatric dental conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s dental needs.
- Perform pediatric dental procedures, including restorative treatments, extractions, and preventive care such as fluoride treatments and sealants.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care measures.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to ensure a positive and reassuring experience for young patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Dental degree (DDS or DMD) with specialization in pediatric dentistry.
- Valid dental license to practice in the private healthcare sector.
- Proven experience delivering pediatric dental care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children and their families.
