Role Purpose
Support the development, management and growth of Jazz Enterprise’s B2B products and cloud solutions, translating customer and market needs into commercially viable propositions and supporting their launch and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ideation, development, launch and lifecycle management of enterprise products and solutions.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify product and cloud opportunities.
- Support cloud solution development across areas such as IaaS, SaaS, hosting, backup, security and managed services.
- Translate customer requirements into relevant product/solution propositions, pricing and packaging.
- Work with Sales, Presales, Technology, Finance and partners to develop and launch solutions.
- Prepare business cases, product requirements, presentations and sales enablement material.
- Track product performance, adoption, revenue and customer feedback and recommend improvements.
- Stay abreast of emerging cloud and enterprise technology trends and identify opportunities for JE.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, cloud, technology, telecom, IT solutions or consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of cloud computing, enterprise technology and B2B products.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, customer-focused business propositions.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS or managed services is a plus.
