Specialist QA/QC

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist QA/QC to join our team at ADNOC Offshore operations in the UAE. This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality standards and compliance in offshore island projects under PMC oversight. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA/QC practices within the oil and gas sector and a strong commitment to safety and quality assurance. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and policies tailored to ADNOC Offshore standards and PMC requirements. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of offshore island operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and PMC representatives to resolve quality issues and improve processes. - Review and approve material certificates, test reports, and inspection documents to ensure conformity to project requirements. - Identify non-conformance issues, initiate corrective actions, and monitor their resolution to prevent recurrence. - Provide training and guidance on QA/QC processes to site personnel to foster a quality-conscious culture. - Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain accurate documentation for all quality activities and findings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with specialized training in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. - Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically with ADNOC offshore projects and island operations. - Proven experience working with Project Management Consultant (PMC) standards and requirements. - Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to offshore oil and gas facilities. - Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to identify quality issues and implement effective corrective measures. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic offshore environment with a strong focus on safety and quality. - Familiarity with quality management software and reporting tools is a plus.
