The (USA) Specialist, Security plays a critical role in supporting organizational safety by analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering comprehensive reports to stakeholders. This position collaborates with internal teams to develop solutions, ensure compliance with company policies, and promote ethical standards. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive and respectful work environment. About the team:
The Crisis Support team is a 24/7/365 global crisis monitoring and reporting center that intakes critical incidents including infrastructure incidents, threats related to criminal activities, geo-political crises, weather-related emergencies, and natural disasters affecting our associates across the global enterprise in support of protecting people, property, and our brand.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify analysis and reporting requirements, compiling and formatting data for clear presentation.

  • Conduct data mining and trend analyses using multiple sources to identify root causes and recommend solutions.

  • Develop and deliver standardized and special reports to support ongoing initiatives and management decision-making.

  • Fulfill information requests by gathering, structuring, and distributing data within deadlines.

  • Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work, provide guidance, and ensure quality and timely completion of assignments.

  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards in all processes and communications.

  • 1-year experience in intelligence, corporate security, law enforcement, or related field.

  • 1-year experience using a business intelligence (BI) tool (for example, Oracle) to create reports to specifications.

  • 1-year experience using descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis, or univariate analyses.

  • 1-year experience using in-database analytics, SQL, or similar programming languages to retrieve, merge, and clean data from multiple sources or platforms.

  • Associate’s degree in statistics, analytical studies, information systems, industrial engineering, economics, or related field.
