About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), Salesforce Core, and integrations. The role involves developing, customizing, enhancing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with functional teams, architects, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Job Description

The candidate will work extensively on Salesforce FSL capabilities, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Dispatcher Console, Scheduling Optimization, and Mobile Workforce Management. The role also includes Salesforce Core development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows.

The developer will build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and OAuth. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting application issues, participating in technical design and code reviews, supporting deployments, and following Salesforce development standards within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce FSL solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and enhance Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, and Dispatcher Console.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and related integration technologies.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

• SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Security & Sharing Model.
• Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and OAuth Authentication.
• JSON/XML processing and Salesforce integrations.
• Agile/Scrum development practices.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce.
• MuleSoft and middleware integration experience.
• Git and CI/CD tools.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or Field Service Consultant.
