A little about this position:
- Sets up, updates and maintains employee resident records.
- Administers established personnel policies and practices.
- Registers new and returning employees for Housing. Assists Manager and Director with special projects.
- Performs routine clerical duties.
- Shares receptionist office duties.
- Fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in office work, preferably HR related.
- Computer literate with Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have high standard of confidentiality.
- Must have a valid CA driver's license.
- Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.
Starting pay: $24.84 per hour
