Specialist, Supply Chain Digital (Fresh Graduate) - Johor

Job Purpose

To support the implementation and deployment of an enterprise Transport Management System (TMS) across MFM's nationwide supply chain operations. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and international technology consultants to understand existing logistics processes, facilitate system implementation, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support system integration, and drive user adoption.

The position will play an important role in MFM's digital transformation journey by ensuring that the new TMS effectively supports operational requirements, improves logistics efficiency, and enhances supply chain visibility.

Principle Accountabilities

System Implementation & Project Support

• Support the end-to-end implementation and deployment of the enterprise Transport Management System (TMS).

• Work closely with international TMS consultants to understand system functionalities, configurations and implementation requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate operational needs into system requirements.

• Monitor project progress, identify implementation challenges and support the resolution of issues.

Business Process & Operational Analysis

• Study and map existing transportation, logistics and distribution workflows across MFM's business divisions.

• Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps and opportunities for improvement through digitalisation.

• Support the standardisation and optimisation of logistics processes across business units.

• Ensure the implemented system aligns with actual operational requirements.

User Training & Adoption

• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to internal users on the new TMS platform.

• Prepare user guides, process documentation and training materials.

• Support change management initiatives to encourage system adoption across operational teams.

• Act as a key liaison between business users, IT teams and external technology consultants.

Support flour and feed distribution optimisation, validate live system data, resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline delivery execution.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management or other relevant disciplines.

• Candidates with experience in supply chain, logistics operations, digital transformation, ERP implementation or system integration will have an added advantage.

• 0 – 1 year experience in supply chain, logistics, or IT

• Experience participating in system implementation, UAT or process improvement projects would be an advantage.
