Specialist (Supply Chain)-System Product

職務說明：
Our global supply chain team is responsible for sourcing, planning, purchasing manufacturing development and logistics activities related to our products. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and support one of our new product family. This role will report to Supply Chain Manager and in parallel be an active supply management resource supporting our various groups.
She/he will highly cooperate with R&D team, Marketing team, Sales team, Order Management team, Finance team and external suppliers to support the development, implementation, production, and management of our system products with optimal supply assurance, cost, flexibility, quality and delivery. This role will build and leverage strong working relationships with each stakeholder.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and motivated with expertise in overall management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Based on spec requirement and do components sourcing. Working with R&D team for supplier selection.
2. Working with factory for material readiness for each new production pilot run production.
3. Working with each stakeholder and coordinate the production schedule.
4. Working with sales team and R&D team to complete the bid quotation.
5. Doing demand and supply plan for each sales region based on sales history, inventory level, sales forecast, production lead time and transit lead time, and product strategy.
6. Issuing purchase order or production order in SAP and releasing to supplier.
7. Preparing the shipping cost quotation and shipping document to arrange the delivery efficiently and economically.
8. Monitoring inventory level for each item.
9. Processing purchase request from internal different department.
