Specialist Technician Facility Maintenance

Carries out all activities related to the maintenance of a site

- Performs maintenance or ensures maintenance of:
- Buildings, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, etc. as well as other installations
- Firefighting and fire prevention equipment
- Security camera systems
in accordance with technical specifications, compliance standards and government regulations

- Ensures the water and electricity supply of the property
- Prepares and archives documents for archiving
- Documented maintenance carried out according to the maintenance plan
- Carries out removals and conversions
- Inspects meeting rooms with regard to furniture and ensures the specified condition in cooperation with IT
- Collects, documents and reports consumption data
- Supports internal and external audits
- Creates purchase requisitions and records the receipt of goods for services

- Minimum education level : BTS (Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, or equivalent).

- Language : French & English

- Desired experience in an industrial environment (ideally in a production setting).
