Job Description Summary:

Amplify’s Training & Enablement organization is seeking a Specialist, Technology and Resource Management, responsible for the operational management of a centralized, company-wide knowledge base. Reporting to the Director, Technology and Resource Management, this role ensures the content and features of our content management system (Bloomfire) align with business goals. With a focus on ease of use and relevant, up-to-date resources, the Specialist supports efforts to ensure customer-facing team members have the assets needed to optimize effectiveness and efficiency throughout the sales and implementation cycles, ultimately supporting a positive customer experience.

The role will collaborate with Product Marketers, Product Owners, customer-facing leaders, and the Knowledge Governance Manager to ensure Bloomfire's organizational layout and governance practices meet business needs. This role will also support Enterprise Search (Glean) by ensuring content is accurate and well-organized to surface effectively in search results. The ideal candidate can take visions and concepts to assist in the strategic development of the repository, while demonstrating strong attention to detail in administrative maintenance and platform oversight.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assets and resources housed in the company-wide knowledge repository, Bloomfire, ensuring the layout and content align with each department's needs, and that information remains current and accurate.

  • Partner with the Knowledge Governance Manager to support content governance processes, maintenance expectations, and content lifecycle practices that improve consistency, accountability, and trust in the information available to the business.

  • Ensure customer-facing team members can find, organize, share, customize, and analyze the resources, assets, and tools needed to communicate and engage with customers effectively.

  • Help ensure content in Bloomfire is reviewed and maintained so that accurate, up-to-date information is surfaced through Enterprise Search tools, including Glean.

  • Prepare reports analyzing the effectiveness of the platform, search experience, and usage trends, working with key stakeholders across departments to optimize adoption, ease of use, and discoverability.

  • Provide administrative and technical support for Bloomfire and related enablement platforms as needed.

  • Additional related projects to be assigned as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Education, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • 2+ years of work experience in a sales, operations, education, enablement, or related role.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with shared responsibilities.

  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience.

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience overseeing a central knowledge repository, content management system such as Bloomfire, or similar platform.

  • Experience partnering with content owners or governance leads to support content standards, maintenance, and accuracy.

  • Interest in knowledge management, content discoverability, and Enterprise Search tools such as Glean.
