Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated specialist visceral surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves managing a broad range of gastrointestinal and general surgical cases, performing advanced procedures, and contributing to high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary surgical team.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal and general surgical conditions
- Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures
- Conduct laparoscopic and open surgeries with a focus on quality outcomes
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams for patient management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Participate in surgical on-call duties as required
Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Board certification / fellowship in general surgery or visceral surgery
- Minimum 3 years of post-specialist experience
- Strong experience in gastrointestinal and laparoscopic procedures
- Excellent surgical, clinical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
