Responsibilities
Process customer requests through the ticketing system.
Perform basic checks of servers, operating systems, and network connectivity.
Review monitoring alerts and collect information about technical issues.
Follow internal instructions to resolve standard cases.
Escalate more complex problems to experienced engineers.
Keep customers informed and update internal documentation.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of computers, the Internet, and networking.
Familiarity with Linux operating systems and terminal commands.
Ability to search for, understand, and analyze technical information.
Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
Willingness to learn server administration, networking, and cloud technologies.
English and Russian at Intermediate level or higher for reading documentation and written communication.
Nice to have
IT education, courses, or personal technical projects.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, or server hardware.
Experience using Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, or another Linux distribution.
