About the role

We are looking to hire a dynamic, persuasive, and proactive professional profile to join a major commercial space in Majadahonda (12 hours per week). What you'll do

Active sales and specialized advice: Proactively inquire about each customer's sleep needs, argue in detail the brand's technologies (Multielastic®, Pocket Spring, Visco) and manage the closing of the sale.

Product demonstration: Guide and invite the customer in-store to try the range of mattresses in the proper posture to guarantee an optimal shopping experience.

Cross-selling: Offer complements such as pillows, bases, divans, and protectors with the objective of increasing the purchase ticket and responding to the user's integral needs.

Point of sale care: Ensure a clean, orderly display and ensure the correct updating of signage and promotional prices.

Commercial reporting and follow-up: Register sales made and report continuously on competitor activity and observed trends.

What you'll get

Salary: Annual salary of 5,146.85 — gross.

Benefits and conditions

Ideal schedule to balance (12 hours per week):

Saturdays: from 17:00 to 21:00 h.

Sundays: from 10:00 to 14:00 h and from 17:00 to 21:00 h.
