Specialized Services Manager- Absolute Pharmacy
Absolute Pharmacy is an independent, family owned, Long Term Care Pharmacy in North Canton, Ohio. The Specialized Services Manager (SSM) functions as an integral part of the pharmacy operations team working towards our common goals: Customer Service, Quality, and Employee Satisfaction. The SSM researches best practice benchmarks and will establish, drive, and measure continuous improvement (CI) within the pharmacy dispensing activity. The SSM will also drive pharmacy training and process improvement efforts across all departments that are in line with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Active CPhT or RPh license in the sate of Ohio
- 5+ years LTC pharmacy experience
- 5+ years with Framework LTC and Framework ECM
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile or other process improvement certification (preferred)
