Specification Executive (Building Materials)

• Position : Specification Executive (Building Materials)
• Location : Boon Lay Way (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic from $3,500 - $4,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits + Company Mobile provided
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturing / Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote building-material products to architects, consultants, designers, developers and contractors.
• Build industry relationships and identify upcoming project opportunities.
• Follow up on product specifications and work with the sales team to support project conversion.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate customer visits and promotional activities.
• Prepare and update brochures, presentations, technical data sheets and digital content.
• Coordinate product testing, certifications and regulatory listings with suppliers and laboratories.
• Maintain project records, customer databases and marketing reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in building materials, construction, specification, sales or marketing.
• Experience with architects, consultants, product certifications, Canva or Adobe software is an advantage.
