Customer Service & Order Management Specialist with German or Dutch

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist with German or Dutch to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to business clients via email and phone in German or Dutch.
• Process, enter, and monitor customer orders in the system.
• Manage the order lifecycle from order receipt through fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, documentation, and product availability.
• Handle customer complaints and claims in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in internal systems.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Service and Order Management processes.

Requirements

• Very good command of German or Dutch (minimum B2 level).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a related area is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus.
