SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST: GIVE VOICE TO WHAT MATTERS MOST

Your first years as a Speech-Language Pathologist matter. Choose the place that will help shape the clinician you become.

TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is looking for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows who are curious, coachable, motivated, and genuinely excited to become excellent pediatric clinicians.

Be the bridge between silence and connection, the guide who helps a child express their needs, thoughts, and identity. Turn frustration into communication, uncertainty into confidence, and small sounds into life changing moments.

WHO WE ARE

TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is on a mission to grow minds, bodies, and spirits through integrated, high-quality pediatric therapy. We bring together Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Mental Health, and Neuropsychological Diagnostics under one roof to support the whole child and the entire family system. That gives you the opportunity to learn not only from other SLPs, but from clinicians who view the child through different professional lenses.

At TheraTree, speech therapy is not just about words. It is about connection, independence, and giving every child a way to be understood. Speech Therapist is integrated into a larger picture of communication, regulation, movement, behavior, and emotional well-being. We are building an environment where clinicians are supported, challenged, and able to grow while making a measurable impact.

- Explain recommendations clearly to a family.

- Asks for help when needed and solve problems independently when appropriate.

- Continues growing long after the Clinical Fellowship is complete.
