SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - PART TIME - HOME HEALTH CONTRACT

We are looking for a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist for Home Health contract work.

Summary

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop therapy sessions in the home to improve communication and swallowing function
• Educate patients and families on exercises, strategies, and safety techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other rehab team members
• Document progress and care delivery in EMR
• Travel to patient homes in your assigned area
