Speech Language Pathologist

• Location: Indianapolis, IN

• Facility: St. Vincent PACE

• Department: Therapy

• Schedule: Days | PRN

• Deliver clinic and bedside speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive therapies alongside the interdisciplinary care team.

• Conduct swallowing evaluations (including FEES) and design tailored treatment plans to maximize safety and independence.

• Perform home and care facility visits, participate in daily IDT meetings, and educate caregivers on care plans.

• Advocate compassionately for older adult participants, specializing in care for individuals with advanced dementia.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Speech language pathologist provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. License must be obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

• 1 year of experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• Master's degree.
