Speech Language Pathologist | Inpatient Therapies

CentraCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inpatient team at the St. Cloud Hospital. This role will evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders resulting from neurological, medical, surgical, and trauma-related conditions. This role involves close collaboration with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes and support safe discharge planning.

Schedules Available:

• Full-time
  • Options of 64, 72, or 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite
  • Monday- Friday | Every 5th weekend and rotating holidays | 8am-4:30pm
• Part-time
  • Options of 32, 40, or 48 hours every two weeks | Onsite
  • Monday- Friday | Every 5th weekend and rotating holidays | 8am-4:30pm

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $81,032.05 per year and increases with experience
• Salary range: $79,123.20-$118,664.00 per year.
  • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
• Up to $20,000.00 in hiring incentives!
  • Full-time position qualifies for student loan repayment program of up to $15,000, or a hiring bonus of up to $10,000, plus $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
  • Part-time position qualifies for student loan repayment program of up to $7,500, or a hiring bonus of up to $5,000, plus $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy required.
• Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Current State of Minnesota Registration.
• Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCCs) from ASHA or certification upon completion of Clinical Fellowship Year required.
