SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST: GIVE VOICE TO WHAT MATTERS MOST

Be the bridge between silence and connection, the guide who helps a child express their needs, thoughts, and identity. Turn frustration into communication, uncertainty into confidence, and small sounds into life changing moments.

Come somewhere you can be a great SLP, not just a busy one. You already know how to be a Speech-Language Pathologist. You know what excellent therapy looks like. You know the difference between meaningful progress and simply getting through a schedule. You know how much better you can serve children when you have the right team, resources, autonomy, and support around you. Now find a workplace where all of that matters.

TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who wants more than another therapy job. We are looking for a clinician who cares deeply about children, takes pride in clinical excellence, thinks independently, continues learning, and wants to build a career they can still feel good about years from now.

WHO WE ARE

TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is on a mission to grow minds, bodies, and spirits through integrated, high-quality pediatric therapy. We bring together Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Mental Health, and Neuropsychological Diagnostics under one roof to support the whole child and the entire family system.

At TheraTree, speech therapy is not just about words. It is about connection, independence, and giving every child a way to be understood. Speech Therapist is integrated into a larger picture of communication, regulation, movement, behavior, and emotional well-being.
