Employment Structure:

You’ll be hired as a W-2 employee, which means we take care of your payroll taxes and offer a full benefits package. Unlike traditional salaried roles, you’ll be compensated at a higher hourly rate for each billable hour worked, giving you the potential to earn more based on the care you provide. This model provides greater transparency, autonomy, and alignment with your clinical productivity.
