The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist provides speech, language, and communication therapy services to infants and toddlers from birth to three years of age and their families. Services are delivered using a family-centered, parent-coaching model that supports caregivers in incorporating therapeutic strategies into everyday routines and activities.

Services are primarily provided in natural environments, including the family home, community settings, and virtually when appropriate. The Speech-Language Pathologist works collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication development, participation, and overall functioning.

The SLP serves as an active member of a collaborative and supportive team, contributing professional expertise, participating in team discussions and planning, and coordinating services to promote positive outcomes for children and families.
