Liberty Commons Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our experienced, collaborative rehabilitation team in beautiful Chatham, Massachusetts.

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated professional who enjoys working with older adults and is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized patient care.

Rate: $60 - 65/hr commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure.

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
