Full-Time or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Quincy Village | Waynesboro, PA

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Quincy Village in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.

This could be a great fit for an SLP who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team.

What You’ll Do

• Complete evaluations related to speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs and goals
• Help residents maintain or improve communication, cognitive function, safe swallowing, independence, and quality of life
• Support residents in staying connected to the people, activities, and conversations that matter most to them
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident’s goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Be part of a positive, supportive therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
