Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Asbury Riverwoods in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
This could be a great fit for an SLP who enjoys working with older adults, values flexibility, and wants to be part of a supportive therapy team.
You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them improve communication, cognition, swallowing, safety, and overall quality of life.

What You’ll Do
- Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs
- Help residents maintain or improve their safety, independence, and ability to participate in daily life
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident’s goals
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
- Be part of a positive, supportive therapy environment
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
- A genuine interest in working with older adults
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
Per Diem at Benchmark
- Flexible, as-needed scheduling
- Weekday coverage opportunities
- No regular weekly hours requirement
- Work at least once every six months to remain active
- Support from approachable clinical leadership
