  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results

  • Provide therapy for articulation, language delays, fluency, voice, social communication, and dysphagia

  • Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress; modify treatment plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

  • Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and caregivers

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs

  • Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and care planning

  • Ensure ethical and evidence-based practice at all times

  • Stay updated with current research, best practices, and continuing education requirements



  • Requirements

    Qualification

    BASLP/MASLP

  • Valid state licensure and/or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (where applicable)

  • Clinical experience in relevant settings (hospital, school, clinic, rehabilitation center, or private practice)

  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and treatment protocols

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
