Spice model engineer/technical manager

We are seeking an experience engineer with background on device characterization and spice modeling for advanced process nodes.
Job responsibility:
• Qualify spice model and track S2S from Foundry
• Perform a wide range of device characterization and analysis for process and device evaluation/benchmark
• Generate in-house model customized for internal requirements
• Provide consultation and guideline for device and spice model for designers

Requirements

• MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related scientific discipline
• 4+ years’ experience on spice modeling for advanced process nodes
• Solid knowledge on FinFET/Nanosheet process and device physics
• Understanding of device noise and matching behaviors
• Understanding of Std-cell and SRAM bit-cell
• Experience on modeling testchip design is a plus
• Fluency in English (oral and writing)
