Splunk Monitoring Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Splunk Monitoring Specialist to strengthen a global monitoring and observability team within a highly regulated and complex banking environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance monitoring solutions using Splunk
- Build dashboards, alerts, and KPIs to improve system visibility
- Support teams in integrating and using monitoring tools effectively
- Investigate incidents and troubleshoot performance issues
- Contribute to the implementation of a new monitoring platform
- Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams worldwide
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Splunk (Enterprise)
- Exposure to Splunk ITSI
- Solid background in monitoring/observability/system analytics
- Experience building dashboards and metrics
- Ability to work in an international, technical environment (Proficiency in English required)
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Cribl, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, SolarWinds
- Automation knowledge (e.g. Ansible)
- French is a plus
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
