Position: Sport Operation Data Analyst Company Industry: IT Company Work Location: Ortigas Rockwell Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule Expected Salary: Php 70,000 above Work Set Up: WFH JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Sports Science, or related field • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel functions. • Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data processing and analysis • Knowledge of soccer rules, player performance metrics, and match operations • Ability to work under shifting schedules and meet tight deadlines • Team player with adaptability to remote work environments JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collect, clean, and validate soccer match and player data from multiple sources • Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities • Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision making for coaches, managers, and executives • Provide real time data support during live matches and events • Collaborate with sports analysts, operations teams, and IT departments to ensure accurate data flow • Conduct predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast player performance and match outcomes • Document methodologies, maintain databases, and ensure data integrity across systems • Support recruitment and scouting efforts by analyzing player statistics and match footage • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for data collection and reporting processes • Assist in training new analysts and sharing best practices within the team Recruitment Process: • Aptitude Exam (Logical & Analytical) • Online interview (Initial/technical) • Final/Job offer (online)
