Oversee day-to-day sports and recreation facilities at a country club, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and member satisfaction while assisting with events and member service.
Passionate about sports, fitness and creating great experience for members? We are looking for a Sports & Recreation Associate to support the daily operations of our sports and recreational facilities while helping to deliver enjoyable activities , events and programmes for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Sports & Recreations Operations
- Support the daily operations ,safety, cleanliness and maintenance of the Club's sports and recreations facilities.
- Ensure compliance with Club rules and policies ,including conducting membership verification and facility usage checks
- Assist in organising and supporting sports tournaments, recreational activities , swimming events and Club programmes.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to member's enquiries and ensuring a positive member experience
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on maintenance , repairs and facility improvement works.
- Perform administrative duties ,facility inspections ,First Aid /AED checks and other duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Passion for sports , fitness and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shift including weekends and Public Holidays.
Added Advantages
- Experience in sports, recreation, fitness or hospitality operations.
- Personal training ,fitness coaching or relevant fitness certifications.
- First Aid, CPR and AED certifications.
