Sports & Recreation Supervisor

Join our team as the Sports & Recreation Supervisor at Villa Haven! We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee daily operations of the recreation department, ensuring high service standards and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily recreation operations and team schedules.
• Maintain clean, well-equipped facilities, including badminton and tennis courts.
• Plan and execute a variety of recreational activities and special events tailored to guest interests.
• Drive revenue by promoting and upselling offerings to guests.
• Train and mentor team members in customer service and recreation operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance our resort offerings and provide regular performance updates.

• High school diploma or a degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification or professional training in padel tennis coaching is highly desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in recreation or hospitality, with expertise in padel tennis instruction.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest engagement and sports.
• Knowledge of recreational activities, facility management, and revenue-generation techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
