Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail shop, leading and training new staff while ensuring optimal performance.
Actively promote and sell products to drive sales, maintaining an engaging retail environment.
Manage product displays and ensure they are attractive and aligned with store standards.
Handle sales transactions, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service at all time
