IMMEDIATELY HIRING FOR:
- Available Schedule Options:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday with 6 Hour Swing Shift Wednesday
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday with 6 Hour Swing Shift Wednesday
- $19.75/Hr Starting
- Performance-based pay increases yearly

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Drive Safely — Operate yard trucks with care, following all safety rules and company protocols. Complete pre trip and post trip checks and report issues promptly
- Move Trailers in the Yard — Spot, reposition, and stage trailers to support smooth loading and unloading
- Support Drivers & Customers — Provide courteous, professional assistance when questions arise
Environmental & Working Conditions
- Primarily outdoor work with exposure to seasonal weather
- Heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice during yard work and inspections
- Work near diesel engines during fueling of ICE equipment
- For electric vehicles, responsibility for proper charging connection
- Conditions vary day to day; safe work practices are essential

What You'll Do
- Safely operate yard trucks and spotting equipment
- Move, stage, and position trailers throughout the yard
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Report equipment issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and transportation teams
- Complete required logs and inspection documentation
- Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations
- Refuel equipment and perform basic equipment checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support efficient trailer flow to meet operational needs

Physical Requirements
- Sit and operate equipment for extended periods
- Frequently enter and exit truck cabs
- Bend, twist, reach, and climb as needed
- Walk throughout the yard during inspections
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Maintain visual awareness, including depth perception and color recognition
Work Environment
- Primarily outdoor work environment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice
- Exposure to moving equipment and diesel-powered vehicles
- Safety-focused work environment requiring adherence to company protocols

Requirements
Required- 6 months of verifiable experience spotting trucks or day cab tractors within the past 3 years
- Valid license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
Preferred (Not Required)
- Valid CDL-A and Medical Card with a clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience operating spotting trucks/day cab tractors with a hydraulic 5th wheel or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience coordinating logistics activities, managing documentation, or working with customers and carriers
Physical Requirements
- Periodic sitting while operating a vehicle for extended periods
- Occasional walking to inspect equipment or locate trailers
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching when connecting trailers or inspecting equipment
- Regular climbing in and out of truck cabs
- Frequent verbal communication (in person, phone, or radio)
- Ability to visually observe details including depth perception and color distinction
- Occasional lifting of 5–20 pounds
- Occasional schedule flexibility to support operational needs
