Spray Painter

Working with an existing team of qualified individuals, the selected candidate will essentially be expected to:

• prepare vehicles for spraying;
• ensure colours are matched according to the standards of the panel being sprayed;
• be accountable for the mixing of paint colours;
• be able to spray texture paint onto panels;
• polish newly sprayed panels to ensure a smooth finish;
• carry out 3 -coat colour jobs on panels;
• carry out blonding lacquer techniques with colour tints.

The ideal candidate should:

• have previous experience in a similar role;
• possess good communication skills;
• be capable of working efficiently under pressure and with minimal supervision;
• show a strong dedication towards customer satisfaction.
• have a clean driving license;
• be a team player and have a pleasant, honest and mature personality.
