Spring 2027 Internship - Operations
You'll work on real, open-ended problems that directly contribute to the success of the company. You'll collaborate closely with a mentor and other employees who will help you apply your knowledge and grow your skills through high-impact projects. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly. Depending on the team you join, you may support operational workflows, cross-functional projects and strategic planning, research aerospace regulations and support contract review, or help drive growth through content creation, social media campaigns, SEO, and event support. This role requires you to work onsite at the Kent, WA office for a minimum of 10-12 consecutive weeks starting in January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex project and take it through execution
- Apply state of the art techniques to projects
- Analyze operational workflows and support cross-functional projects
- Contribute to strategic planning or market analysis
- Research aerospace regulations and support contract review
- Prepare legal documentation
- Support lead generation through content creation, social media campaigns, SEO, and events
- Track metrics such as conversion rates and ROI
Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in business, pre-law, or engineering
- Ability to manage a complex project and take it through execution
- Ability to learn quickly and apply state of the art techniques to projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work full-time, onsite for a minimum of 10-12 consecutive weeks starting in January 2027
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations under ITAR
