Are you a skilled technician with experience in diesel engines, commercial vehicles, fleet maintenance, or Mercedes-Benz service? We are looking for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs, advanced diagnostics, and exceptional customer service. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing dealership team with state-of-the-art equipment, ongoing manufacturer training, and a strong pipeline of Sprinter van business.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
- Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel, transmission, and drivability concerns
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an automotive, diesel, fleet, commercial vehicle, or Mercedes-Benz technician
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with diesel engines preferred
- Mercedes-Benz certifications are a plus
- ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
