【業務内容】
パソコン、携帯電話製品の修理プロジェクトの導入および業務改善立案と実施における関連部門やクライアントとの連携、新規設備導入や業務改善の企画立案、プロセス変更に伴う進捗管理、KPI管理等：
・修理技術のプランを新規立ち上げ、品質/生産性のパフォーマンス管理と改善
・新規業務/新運用ルール導入時のプロセス設計サポート及び導入推進
・組織を横断した各種プロジェクトへの参画
・社内外への業務報告、グローバル定例会議、専門レポートを提出

【Job Desrciption】
Lead and provide guidance to the technical team in regard to the implementation of technical solutions for PC/smart phone repair production lines.
・ Launch & manage new NPI plans, and improve quality / productivity performance
・ Process design & support for new business introduction or operation rules
・ Participation in various projects across organizations & departments
・ Submit business reports, regular global meetings, and specialized reports for HQ & clients
