1. Most recent experience in SQL Server 2005/2008 Administration with specialization in mirroring and log shipping.
2. Most recent experience and strong in troubleshooting performance issues on medium-to-large scale production environment.
3.Experience in managing Windows 2003/2008 in a production environment
3. Good knowledge on IIS Administration.
5. Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Event Logs, PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering, Replication/Mirroring issues.
6. Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
7. Excellent Customer handling skills
8. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
9. The ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts
