Leads advanced analysis of current and emerging foreign military approaches to war, capabilities, and technologies to identify threats and opportunities in support of CAC missions, which include integrating threat intelligence into leader development, training, and education (LDT&E) activities, into doctrine design, into integration across all army activities in the doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership/education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) and in replicating the threat at home stations and at Army Combat Training Centers (CTCs).
