Sr. AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Developer with 10+ years of experience in software development and hands-on expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and enterprise solutions.
• Build and integrate AI/ML models into existing business applications and systems.
• Develop generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Design and implement AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
• Develop scalable AI applications using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Implement RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Work with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Integrate AI services and models through APIs into enterprise applications.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, data engineers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish AI development best practices.
• Support production deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
• Work with DevOps and MLOps teams to automate AI model deployment and monitoring.

Requirements:

• Overall Experience: 10+ years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or related fields.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade applications.
• Artificial Intelligence: Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI model integration.
• Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.
• AI Frameworks: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
• LLM Platforms: Experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
• API Development: Experience developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• AI Evaluation: Experience evaluating LLM outputs, improving response quality, and implementing safeguards against hallucinations.
